Expert Support
Headlines is a full service corporate communications agency. We have 33 employees who provide expert support for internal communications, from strategic consultancy to delivery, via our in-house teams of journalists, designers, producers, directors and consultants.

Vicki Orbell
Head of Partnership Publishing
Vicki gained experience in media publishing and project management before joining Headlines in October 2009. She has been involved in developing and delivering new publications, both online and in print, for the past ten years. Her role at Headlines is to manage and grow our contract publishing arm, working with clients, including national associations, to create excellent web and print publications, part-funded by advertising or sponsorship. Her team can manage an entire project – from creating an editorial concept and multi-channel sales strategy right through to launch and delivery.

Sara Hill
Head of Film and Digital
Sara Hill has 10 years experience in Video Production with a track record of successful projects working for and with high profile private and blue chip organisations.
She has designed and delivered internal communications videos and event videos for corporate companies and produced actor show reels and theatrical productions videos for archival and promotional use.
Clients include; BBC, Thomsons Online Benefits, Williams Lea, Aviva, British Airways, Barclays, BP, Golf Live, iSPY, JD Wetherspoon, JP Morgan, Mazars, OpenText, Prudential, Sara Lee, Tesco and Tfl.

Mark Newnham
Head of Creative
Mark came to Headlines after gaining a first class degree in graphic design. He is committed to producing attention grabbing, award winning and innovative creative solutions. Mark’s enthusiasm for all things design – particularly his passion for typography – and dedication to keeping at the forefront of industry innovations ensures the Headlines’ design team is always at the cutting edge.

Heather Griffiths
Head of Content
Heather joined Headlines in 2008 from IPC Media and Marie Claire magazine. She gained a degree in English and American Literature and started her career with the National Magazine Company and Hachette Filipacchi before joining the editorial team at Marie Claire. She came to Headlines as a Senior Journalist and demonstrated a unique flair that saw her rise rapidly through the ranks. She was promoted to Head of Content in late 2009. Heather leads our team of 10 journalists and internal communications specialists.

Carmen is your first point of contact if you would like to find out more about Headlines and how we can help you. She has been our ‘official voice’ since December 2003. She joined us from global reward and recognition specialists BI Worldwide Ltd, where she worked with clients including Peugeot and BMW. Carmen has built a network of more than 5,000 contacts in the IC community – and is a telephone friend to many, often seeing her contacts progress through different roles.

Catherine Bland
Deputy Managing Director
Catherine joined Headlines in 2006 following a career in both agency and client-side organisations including Whitbread Beer Company and Beefeater Restaurants. She initially joined as an Account Manager looking after Shell, Mercedes-Benz and Tesco. She became deputy managing director in January 2007, and has responsibility for operational excellence, strategic growth and developing key client relationships.

Charlotte Forsberg
Deputy Managing Director
Charlotte has been an important part of Headlines since 2000, when she joined us following an earlier marketing career for brands including Smirnoff Vodka and Schwarzkopf hair care products. She was initially an account manager, working with clients including Nestlé, Citroën and Carlsberg. In 2005 she became deputy managing director, and is responsible for overseeing the commercial side of the business, providing strategic direction to our account management and marketing teams.

Project is the monthly magazine of the Association for Project Management.
HPP manages all advertising sales, editorial, design, print and distribution.
HPP was asked to create a new set of brand guidelines for the Association of International Accounts, which includes a refresh of its logo and website.
Teamtalk is the bi-monthly news magazine for Jaguar Land Rover in the UK. As well as celebrating success and sharing product and performance information, it keeps readers in touch with the latest launches and press and customer response.
INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTANT (AIA)
International Accountant is a bi-monthly magazine produced for the Association of International Accountants. HPP is responsible for design, print and distribution of the publication, as well as all revenue generation.
Cheers is the quarterly magazine for leading brewer Carlsberg UK. This tabloid-style publication shares the latest company news and the work of the business and its people with readers in the UK.
IC is the leading magazine for the internal communications industry. Distributed to around 5,000 professionals in the UK and overseas, it is a source for industry news, views, best practice and case studies. It’s focus on people in IC has made it a must-read for communicators across all sectors.
